The service provider should be able to provide the names of previous customers, along with their telephone numbers. When calling the service provider, homeowners should ask whether or not the contractor they have been engaging in business with was able to complete the job on time. A good contractor should be able to give a reasonable amount of time for the roofing job to be completed.
